After her engagement to Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie continues her role as goodwill ambassador. She and her family visit Ecuador this weekend. When she was there, she met up with High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guterres. Besides that, she also met up with Ecuador's Foreign Minister, Ricardo Patino. Source

Angelina Jolie and her partner have been together for 7 years. When Brad proposed to her with a tablet-shaped diamond engagement ring, she cried and smiled.
The ring is estimated at 16 carats and worth $500,000.
Her kids were overjoy over the news and one source said, "Everyone hugged once she put [the ring] on. She went around and showed it to each of the kids."

Angelina Jolie just got engaged but will she have the time to plan her wedding?
She was spotted at a business meeting in L.A.'s Roosevelt Hotel on Monday. Then she will start filming her new movie Maleficent in June while Brad may in Ridley Scott's The Counselor in the next coming months.
And she has six kids to take care of and her role as Goodwill Ambassador. She is busy as a bee!

Angelina Jolie has been promoted by The United Nations refugee agency from a goodwill ambassador to a special envoy.
Spokesman Adrian Edwards said, "Her work does go substantially beyond what we would typically see as being the normal role of a goodwill ambassador. I don't think you need a rocket scientist to see the benefits that she is bringing in terms of the attention that she is getting for the plight of the world's displaced."

Congratulations to Angelina Jolie and Brad! At last, they are engaged. Pitt's manager Cynthia Pett-Dante confirmed this good news, saying, "Yes, it's confirmed. It is a promise for the future, and their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time." And yes, she confirms that Pitt designed the ring."
Beverly Hills jeweler Robert Procop helped Pitt to designed a custom diamond engagement ring for Jolie. About the ring, Procop said, "Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration with Robert. He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so Robert was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suit Angelina's hand. Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are specially cut to encircle her finger. Each diamond is of the highest gem quality."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are building a theme park for their kids. It will be using solar powered.
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: 'Plans include a massive pool, slides, tunnels, boat rides, a pirate island with a castle, a go-kart track and even an old-fashioned carousel.'
'Most of the park will be underground, with turf on top. It will be powered by sunlight, using panels in the roof and the water will be recycled.'

Walt Disney Studios has announced the U.S. release date for "Maleficent" on March 14, 2014!. Angelina Jolie will be the evil fairy in this movie.
Jolie told MTV News' Josh Horowitz about her role, "It's all new and being discussed, but I loved her when I was a little girl. She was my favorite."

Adam Brody feels that he is partly responsible for Brad Pitt's split with Jennifer Aniston.
"In terms [Brad and Angelina Jolie], I hooked them up. I was like, 'Brad, you don't want to do this, man. This Jen thing, I don't see it.' And he heeded my advice, and I'm happy for him."

Angelina Jolie adopted Pax from a Vietnamese orphanage when he was only 3-years-old. And now his biological mother, Pham Thu Dung wants to see him but Angelina Jolie prevent him to do so.
Pax has been removed from his private school for assaulting another child recently.
One source said, “Brad and Angelina believe that Pax’s disruptive behavior is most likely related to the pain and abandonment of his formative years."
